Tender writing

Faircloth McNair & Associates have demonstrated expertise related to tender and funding submission writing with a strong focus on evidence of need, current and future service gaps, and the rationale for the bid by the provider.


Our approach often includes assistance to develop models that deliver services compliant with the tender while also demonstrating innovation, improved outcomes and value for money.

Strategy & reviews

The breadth, scale and variety of capability of strategy development and review work is demonstrated through the following projects:

Design and implementation of service responses


This area of work involves working closely with organisations over time to plan, co-design, prototype and support implementation.


These projects exemplify Faircloth McNair & Associates' expertise and creativity and include:


Guddi Way: Working with Synapse Australia to gain philanthropic funding and subsequent project work in the Guddi Way (Come Home Come Heal Come Rest) brain injury project.


The project included support in market sounding, development of a social enterprise, development of local First Nations community responses, broader service organisation interface and systemic advocacy.


Coolamon: Provision of service development and modelling support for this initiative auspiced by Annecto. Coolamon works with First Nations organisations and communities to build organisational, business and service sustainability.


BrainBank: Providing project management support for implementation of ILC-funded initiative.
