Jodie's experience spans service model development, best practice and framework research, policy and training material development, business case preparation, funding applications and program/outcome evaluation.
Particular areas of interest are therapeutic models of care, evidence based early intervention models and cohort targeted responses, including First Nations services.

Jodie is a full member of the Institute of Management Consultants.
Doug has experience in program evaluation, strategic reviews of services and the provision of business services in aged and disability, rural health, child protection, community and welfare services and counselling.
He has specialist knowledge and experience in community outreach programs and quality measurement tools in human services. Doug has led over 1,000 consulting projects within the health, aged, disability and community service sectors.
This work has supported providers and government at all levels. Outcomes have included strategy development, business analysis, innovative service/model design, securing funding and policy development/advice. Doug’s project work is widely cited in the national and international literature.
Doug has qualifications in theology (Dip M), training (Cert IV Workplace Training and Assessment) and management (Graduate of the Myer Management School and Louis Allen Management Training).
Doug has two decades of consulting experience and is also an experienced Company Director currently holding Directorships with:

Doug has had previous directorship roles in a Victorian based homelessness service and vocational training organisation.
Prior experience includes as Senior Church Minister and National Youth Director and as Senior Retail Manager for Myer with national responsibilities.
